Follow the instructions, Dip your toast and enjoy some egg-yogurt goodness and share with us your results!
1 cup of Balade's stirred yogurt.
A pinch of lemon zest.
1/4 tsp of salt.
1/2 tsp of chili powder.
1 tbsp of olive oil.
2 eggs.
A toast of your choice.
In a bowl, start by mixing Balade's stirred yogurt with the chili powder, salt and lemon zest.
Poach or soft boil your eggs and place them in the yogurt mix.
Top with olive oil and any garnish of your choice.

قرص من نكهة الحامض
1/4 معلقة من الملح
1/2 معلقة من الفلفل الحار
معلقة واحدة من زيت الزيتون
2 بيض
خبز محمص من اختيارك
في الصحن, ابدا بمزج الزبادي المخفوق من بلدي مع الفلفل الحار, الملح, و الحامض اخفت او اسلق البيض و ضعهم بالزبادي المخفوق ,ضع عليها زيت الزيتون و اختار الزينة التي تناسبك
